Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time.
- Free Shipping: All orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout.
- Address Restrictions: For successful delivery, please provide a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- International Orders: If you need shipping outside the contiguous U.S., please email our customer service team at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to explore available options and associated costs.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Origins: Your order may ship from one of our U.S. warehouses or through Amazon FBA, depending on product availability.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email within 2-4 business days after payment. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to become active.
- Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions, we will notify you of any potential shipping delays and keep you updated on your order status.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Contact us immediately with your order number and new address, and we’ll update your order.

After shipment: We can attempt one address change request with the carrier, but success cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees or delays will be the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Unshipped orders will receive a full refund. For shipped orders, we will attempt to intercept the shipment. If interception fails, you may return the item for a refund according to our return policy.
Out-of-Stock Items & Delivery Delays
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you within 2 business days with these options:

Replacement: We will recommend a similar alternative product for your approval before shipping. Any additional shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund: You may choose to cancel the out-of-stock item for a full refund. The remaining items in your order will ship as scheduled.

Wait for Restock: We will provide a restock estimate and ship immediately upon arrival. You will receive an email notification.
Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 5-14 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Delays: For delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and find an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If you notice damage upon delivery, you may refuse the package and contact us for a replacement or refund.

If you discover damage after acceptance, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 5-14 days of shipping confirmation, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.
Taxes
Product prices shown do not include sales tax. In the rare case that your state requires sales tax, we will notify you before confirming your order.
