All AlorAir dehumidifiers are backed by a 6-year limited warranty. At AlorAir, we take pride in our product quality and are fully committed to supporting both our products and customers.

This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Upon purchase, you will receive a warranty registration form that must be accurately completed and submitted to AlorAir Solutions Inc. This helps us record your purchase and installation details for efficient after-sales service.

The warranty is valid for five years from the original purchase date when bought through an authorized reseller. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, but does not include damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
